Returns within 15 days (calculated from the time of delivery).

Enclose a copy of the invoice stating the reason for return.
The item must be unused and can be resold. Articles that have become unsaleable due to damaged packaging, stains or other defects / damage, for example, will not be credited.
The shipping costs for the return shipment are for the buyer, unless Kleine Tijntje has delivered the wrong item, or the item shows defects. In that case, the costs are for Kleine Tijntje and you will receive a shipping label by email. Please note: in that case, please contact us first via the contact form. If you frank the order yourself, these costs will not be reimbursed afterwards.
Make sure that the return shipment has sufficient postage. If the shipment is insufficiently stamped, PostNL can impose a fine. This will be settled by Kleine Tijntje with the purchase amount to be refunded.
If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs paid with the order will be refunded. If part of the order is returned, only the purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded.
As soon as the item (s) have been received undamaged and with sufficient postage by Kleine Tijntje, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 5 working days.
If the shipment was insufficiently stamped, the refund can be delayed up to a maximum of 15 days.
